Professor Eberhard has nicely summarized what ALL of our divisions 
should do -- reflect on our missions and focus on how we will 
articulate and manage change.  I hope that will be at least one outcome 
of this year's convention.

Congratulations to our division chair and to all our contributors for 
getting this dialogue moving.
