APSA's Politics Literature and Film Section: website information pertaining to the American Political Science Association Section. The group explores the way in which literature provides unique insights into the nature of political life and the study of politics. British Film Archives Includes a searchable database for The Brtitish Film Institute (BFI) National Archive, one of the world's greatest collections of film and television. The majority of the collection is British, but this site also features internationally significant holdings from around the world. ESA -- The Entertainment Software Association's (Formerly Interactive Digital Software Association) Web site. This industry site contains figures, study results, and press releases. IJPC -- An excellent resource for journalism scholars, this is the online hub for and about the Image of the Journalist in Popular Culture, a project of The Norman Lear Center at USC Annenberg. The IJPC mission is to "investigate and analyze, through research and publication, the conflicting images of the journalist in film, television, radio, commercials, cartoons, and fiction, demonstrating their impact on the American public's perception of newsgatherers." IMDB -- The Internet Movie Database is packed with film information, including financial performance, release dates, cast and crew, and plenty more.
