Opportunities for Students
AEJMC's Public Relations Division encourages the active involvement of graduate students. Special programs include:
- Roschwalb Grant Program provides financial support for graduate students conducting research in international public relations.
- Inez Kaiser Graduate Student of Color Awards underwrite the cost of membership in the Public Relations Division for promising minority students.
- Research Papers Competition provides a forum for promising graduate and undergraduate students to present original research and to compete for cash prizes at the PRD's annual convention. See specific convention pages for more information.
- Faculty-Student Buddy Program. Graduate students can meet faculty (and other graduate students) by attending the annual AEJMC convention each August. This special program teams up students with faculty members, who serve as mentors during the convention. See specific convention pages for more information
