The following are several of the publications available for public relations divison members.

Journal of Public Relations Research

A Quarterly Publication of the Public Relations Division of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication. The Journal of Public Relations Research (JPRR) publishes research that creates, tests, or expands public relations theory. Manuscripts may include:

Two kinds of articles can be submitted: reviews of major programs of research (35 to 60 manuscript pages) and reports of original research (up to 35 manuscript pages). All methodologies are appropriate, including social-scientific, historical, legal, philosophical, and critical.

The Journal is produced for the Public Relations Division of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) in cooperation with public relations educators in the International Communication Association, the Public Relations Society of America, the International Association of Business Communicators, and the National Communication Association.

JPRR is for public relations scholars, students, and practitioners as well as students and professionals in allied communication and mass communication disciplines.

The journal is abstracted and indexed in ComIndex; ComAbstracts; Communication Abstracts; Communication Institute for Online Scholarship; Index to Journals in Mass Communication; LEXIS/NEXIS; PsycINFO; and EBSCOhost Products. Public Relations Update, the division's quarterly newsletter, is online for members in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
